Godfrey Leaving southern?


Yep!!! From what I'm hearing it's grades again. If another school takes him this would be his third school he would have attended.
 



The alert said he was granted his release and can play immediately where ever he goes?

Can't be grades. He will be able to play immediately. Rumor is that he's headed to UCONN.

The NCAA told those kids several months ago they could transfer once they made all the teams ineligible. Football players decided to stay. Basketball players like Godfrey probably got some folks in his ear.

We OBVIOUSLY don't keep up with the Advocate as much as you think. Here's the proof. Still though, why didn't you guys tell us your players are jumping ship? Tell us who else is leaving. We don't read the Advocate like yall read the Clarion Ledger.:snicker:

SU is a dumb school, if I were a player I would leave too. Hell I want JSU to leave the SWAC to get away from these dumb schools. They make us look bad. Way to go Godfrey, run and dont come back, unless you cant handle the school work
 
When you have 1 champions in 17 years like jsu it is akin to being a battered wife. The solution is to run and get the hell away. :lol: :emlaugh: The SIAC would be the best safe haven so just look at it as a shelter for abused football teams. However (warning) Skegee is over there and like to beat azz too. :lol: :emlaugh:
