Another suit filed against JSU athletic director Vivian Fuller

Another lawsuit has been filed against Jackson State University and its athletics director.

The latest lawsuit was filed Friday in U.S. District Court in Jackson by former JSU athletics ticket manager Annie S. Jackson. Jackson says she was fired in May 2012 in retaliation for her friendship with another former employee, Lolita Ward.

Ward previously sued the school and Athletic Director Vivian Fuller based on allegations of sexual harassment.

This is the fifth lawsuit filed on behalf of former JSU employees by attorney Rogen Chhabra.

Chhabra says he's limited in what he can say, but says this lawsuit is similar to some of the others that allege retaliation.

JSU spokesman Eric Stringfellow has said the school denies the allegations "and will vigorously defend the university's good name."

She was horrible when running that ticket office.
She wasn't doing her job.

Yea pretty much everybody that watched the argument with TFO (Fuller) and the secretary was fired...which was dumb! But o well, something good will come from this and hopefully it will be the FIRING of the Acting Athletic Director!
 
Seriously, how does Fuller still have a job. Actually, I find this kind of entertaining but she is playing with people's livelihoods.

Although she was caught licking, she probably allowed a few to do some sticking, which hasn't come out yet. If that is the case and she got pictures, there are probably a few decision makers at jsu that are trying to maintain their little happy home. Who knows, with her influence over women, she probably had some mean orgy parties. These sex scandals can get ugly.

Yall see how the buddy system is killing HBCUs. Alcorn had the same problem. However, the only problem I have with the new Alcorn are the Ted Cruz tendacies if you get my drift. HBCUs must strive to be as moderate as possible.
