I'm sorry but Ohio State killed the field. That was one of the best halftime shows I've seen. A better clip of Jsu should have been entered the clip was jumpy. Western Carolina, was good but had help from a sound system. S.U. was their usual great. TAMU ok if you like that kind of performance.

Oh I agree with you on the OSU I saw that performance the week they did it last fall and love it.

I'm not sure if FAMU Marching 100(s) are going to Columbus, but it would have been a great half time show for the crowd and bands to experience.

I think they are going but I think the band only has 125 or so members. ..and I am not sure if any band "submitted" a video. Those are probably just some youtube videos that the pollsters pulled up. Our band directors are probably hearing about it the same way we are. I don't assume there is anything official about this.. do we get money if we win.. I think not! :lol:

I'm not sure how the video was selected but whom ever selected the clip seems like they were trying sabotage. :lol: :emlaugh: Overall though the show was good (forgot to mention that in my other post because that shaky clip jumped out at me).

And that is why they got my vote. I liked all of the drills and creativity. Each band has its own style and I think that is simply FANTASTIC. But, the bottom line is the musical presentation and WCU brought more TO THESE CLIPS than any of the others. They also took the most risk with their use of auxiliary sound equipment. If you have ever tried to sync marching to recorded sound on the field in a live stadium situation, you know where I am coming from.

That's the part that I didn't like but as you stated, it's probably because I couldn't sufficiently appreciate. I didn't see the point in having it and this killed it for me from the beginning. For Michigan, I guess it was cute for a Michigan fan. Ohio State was definitely good.
