Can a JSU vs SU happen in this year's SWAC Championship Game?

SU plays UAPB at home next weekend. Then they play PV, Bama A&M, Bama State, & GSU.

JSU plays Valley next weekend. Then we play GSU, Bama A&M, & Alcorn.

If both teams win out it could happen.
 



Duer Sharp knows that a SU/JSU title game would draw close to 30k fans in BHam.

So, IMO yes. Makes for a good story line. Su has Big Worm at Interim Coach and JSU fans not too thrilled with Comegy.

Mad? My team already clinched the SWAC West and its just mid seasonon... no reason to be mad. My team is 6-1 .... best record in the SWAC... no I dont have a reason to be mad.... but SU will lose to Bama State, AAMU, and UAPB.

As of now. 6-1 and yall got 2 more losses. Bamma st and another.
 
If they did play, you would not have to worry about attendance, both schools are the two bigget travlers in the SWAC!

There will probably be more than 40k at the game. You are right It would be a great story for both teams.

Man, look at who AAMU had beaten before yesterday. All those teams had losing records and yall barely beat Tuskegee. AAMU is about to get exposed by Jackson State and Southern. Just watch and see. :tup:

JSU is Bama State's closest SWAC school in football. How many fans do you all take to the rest of the conference schools?

Till this day I don't understand the mindset of HBCU travelers. I thought Bama State vs JSU would of had a higher attendance JSU is 4hrs and a straight shot to Bama State also the BOOM went to Bama!!! I notice that Grambling fans only travel to classics and white schools.Southern fans only travel when they're winning. JSU fans just confusing... The rest of the SWAC doesn't travel at all.

UAPB didnt have a losing record.... and didnt they just kick your ass. We play who is on the schedule.... its not our fault they have losing records.

Southern brings 2 times more fans to HSV than any other school in the conference.... and this is when they were losing. AAMU's problem is that JSU is the closest SWAC stadium that we play in. Its easy for your fans to travel when you play 2 hours away. Our biggest alumni chapters are east of the state.... not west. We take good numbers to those 2 hour away games. When JSU comes here, most of those fans live here... most of them not taking the 5 hour trip from Jackson. Bama State is the closest SWAC school to us and its 3 hours and we play them in Birmingham every year.

Other than Tuskegee, show me a school that brought more fans to the Crampton Bowl than JSU did yesterday?

Most of the fans that JSU and Southern bring to both Montgomery or the Gump either live there or travel from Birmingham, Atlanta or Mobile.
