In the grand scheme of things, when it comes to stuff like this men have no rights, period. In order for a man to get any type of justice regarding child support or divorce, the woman basically has to be a crackhead living in the streets with psychiatric problems. And even then, the judge may STILL find in her favor. And then you have no system of checks and balances in place to say how the money should be spent. Of course, you have the women who will then make the argument "I buy this I buy that I should be able to spend child support however I want to." I've seen women spend child support money on everything except the child. Shoes and clothes, giving it to their NEW dude. And all it takes for a man to be put behind the 8ball is for the woman to decide that she doesn't want to deal with him anymore and bam, child support. Solution, don't have kids.
