Ok that makes more sense but the kid was a dumb ass he could have went down in the state of Ga as bigger then Herschel Walker. Im a big Richt fan but he doesnt have any control over that team. Its almost as if Clarke County police are against the football team

Yeah kid had missed a couple practices randomly had got caught with weed in the dorm I think Administration is on Richt back to clean up his program I think that is the 5 th or 6th player in legal trouble this year

i believe your memory is faulty... bama state was recruiting casey and only ended up at jsu because he took that visit first. pull up thread where bama state fans (plural) said something negative about jsu signing casey.

Richt's problem is not that he doesen't have control of his players, the problem is that the administration does not have any control of the police. Don't think that UGa is the only school in the country where athletes use weed or have guns in their possession. Other schools manage to sweep this type of conduct under the rug but at UGa the media seems to know everything thats going on the minute it happens. Georgia has always been at or near the top of the list of party schools when the Playboy rankings come out. The football team just happen to be a part of a rowdy student body and the police department will not give any of them a break like other schools have managed to do. If he does end up playing at Bama State it would be great, if he can manage to stay out of trouble and stay healthy. When he was healthy last year he produced big.

Not second chance he is pass that had one out of highschool second trouble at UG he is not going to do right for long...He needs a father with a belt to stand over him while at ASU...MH are you available!

Was he the one that failed his drug test, and UGA had the results before the Florida game, but made sure he didn't serve his 1-game suspension until the week after the Florida game when they played New Mexico?
 
Crowell is our biggest pick up yet. He and his Mom spent all day yesterday on campus. Our talent pool has been steadily improving since coming off NCAA probation. Expect more announcements in the future. Former Alabama receiver Michael Bowman is in school at Bama State. He's a big time player with NFL potential. Jose Jose DL transfer from South FL is another big time player coming in the fall.

Your OC is a great recruiter. I remember tHe folks he brought in when he was @ SU in the 90's.

Yes, he's brought the Cali receiver (Gamble) and the Demarque (sp) Tx QB. However Barlow and recruiting coordinator Payne is responsible for bringing in Crowell.

Not yet, but we have three starting O-linemen returning along with 4 freshmen who gained experience last season to go with transfers and signees. OL Terren Jones is getting rave reviews from NFL scouts.

I can see crowell redshirted and sitting out this upcoming season. He will still have 3 yrs eligibility. There will be some other players in the Crowell sweepstakes, IMO
