Serious question, why do so many people hate on Lebron?

Devil's Gun Trigger Man

onward and upward son!
I mean seriously, i'm deep into social media and read a lot of things. I ask this because there seems to be a growing rise of negativity and venom spewed in his direction. My question is why? If we all be honest he is probably the most COMPLETE player in the league right now, but folks love to take shots at him. I'm not even that big of a Lebron fan and I notice it.

Well, a lot of the disdain for LeBron stems from the Decision and him teaming up with Wade and Bosh in Miami. Others point to some of things he's said over the years which make him appear tremendously arrogant and aloof at times.

Finally, LeBron came into the league with a tremendous amount of hype and expectation of being the next Jordan or better than Jordan. And his individual and team failures in the postseason have made him a lightening rod for criticism.

How can you say Lebron is the most complete player in the league with no rings?? Its statements like that, that make him the most hated player in the league. People ready to crown him but he hasnt won a championship. Its no excuse as to why Lebron shouldnt have 1 ring as good as he is. Besides being a good player you going to have people that will hate. You cant expect everyone to like Lebron, it was the same way with Kobe. People still bash him to this day. Its not going to stop no matter what. YOU DONT PLAY BASKETBALL TO BE MVP OR SCORE THE MOST POINTS, YOU PLAY TO WIN RINGS BOTTOM LINE...

I use to like his game until it became obvious that he is a punk and a frontrunner. If you are up 10 or down 10 he is the guy to have on your team. But if its a close game in the 4th, he wants nothing to do with the game.

I noticed his pattern of quitting on his team 2 years before he went to Miami. He did it in the playoffs against Orlando when he ran to the bus and told his momma to go to the press conference for him, and he did it again the next year against Boston. He just kept quitting on his team in crucial times. The thing that made me start to dislike him was the reaction of his fans always blaming EVERYBODY but him.

After he quit on the Heat last year, I thought maybe the LeBron diehards would see the light, but they still dont get it. Where Im from they say his heart pumps pussy. He couldnt come back to my hood after whimping out like that.

Stephen A. Smith finally got it after that debacle in the NBA Finals last season.

I told yall last year. Lebron was raised by a bunch of women and it shows. I am a Lebron fan but he nutts up.

I was a LeBron until he arrived at The Staples Center with a purse

Kobe die hards are the only ones who HATE Lebron.... soon as people started mentioning him in the same sentence with Kobe the hate started. It was WAY before the "Decision". In 16 years Kobe led his team to 2 rings.... I give him credit for that. Lebron will lead his team to more than 2 rings before it is said and done.

Lebron has shown himself to be a choke artist. Perhaps that is why many people don't like him. In major clutch situations he starts looking like he saw a ghost. I am surprised he hasn't run off of the court in fear yet. Just watch what he does if they get to the championship and a game 7 is on the line. He is going to look more lost than a child kidnapped from Africa during the middle passage.

As a former Bron hater, I'll give you my perspective.

I thought he was overrated. I thought he showed zero understanding of the game when he first hit the league. Everything was HARD to the paint, like most of these sorry ass non-understanding youngsters do. They try to bull their way to the goal w/ 2-3 defenders hanging on them :retard: instead of helping others around them to get better, for the most part.

His game has really changed. Although now I think he's entirely TOO unselfish. THAT's why he gives it up in the 4th quarter game on the line. He has to understand that it's on his shoulders to get it done and almost have a damn the rest attitude, in a clutch situation. Nobody can defend him 1-on-1. Too fast, too big, and now he has the understanding of the game. Westbrook's young ass was the same way. Now he's gained some maturity so his game is becoming more and more complete. Love watching those guys play now.

Kobe gave up in Game 4 of a SWEEP game against the Mavs last year.... A SWEEP game... but you will never hear anything about that. Like I said Kobe led his team to 2 championships in 16 years and will never win another one. Lebron will have more than 2.

Complete has nothing to do with rings. Complete refers to his overall game. He scores, rebounds, plays defense, and facilitates the offense, so that is what I mean by complete. The only other dude that I can say that about is Chris Paul, and Rondo would be next if his shot wasn't so broke.

another thing... Lebron doesnt give the media anything negative to talk about. Doesnt have relationship drama all over the news, doesnt get in trouble off court, always gives to his community, etc. He doesnt give them any negativity.

Kobe LED the Lakers to those rings. Without Kobe, the Lakers dont win ANY of those rings. Shaq was a fat lazy bum while in LA and he rode Kobes back to those titles. He came to camp every year out of shape and didnt want to dedicate the time needed to be the best. He often to MONTHS off for a team built around him. Kobe carried those teams while Shaq waited for after the AllStar break and the playoffs. Kobe carried the Lakers pass the WesternConference Finals and into the finals

Now let me hear you say..."But Shaq won the MVP" in the finals. Once Kobe got LA pass the real competition (Portland, Sacremento, San Antonio), Shaq had easy sailing in the finals.

And while you are limiting the number of times that Kobe has actually won titles
please tell me when LeBron has EVER lead a team to a title.
You do know the Cavs got swpet...blah blah blah

Finals stats SHAQ 2000 avg 38 ppg 16 rebounds (BATMAN) 2001 FINALS SHAQ avg 33 ppg 15 rebounds (BATMAN) 2002 Finals SHAQ averaged 36 ppg 12 rebounds (BATMAN)... SHAQ was CLEARLY BATMAN in those 3 FINALS.
