SU may be hosting and not participating the tourney if they don't begin to play better. That sweep over tsu doesn't mean much now since they are in last place!!!!

Baseball Completes Weekend Sweep of Alcorn State

Final Stats

JACKSON, MS - The Jackson State baseball team accomplished two goals Saturday evening. The Tigers swept in-state rival Alcorn State in a three game weekend series. JSU also kept its streak alive, winning 10 straight. In Saturday's doubleheader with the Braves, JSU won game one 8-6 and game two 7-2.

JSU improves to a 14-6 overall record and an 8-1 Southwestern Athletic Conference mark. Alcorn State falls to a 3-16, 2-4.

Great job Grambling. I went on Rice's message board and someone brought up my teammate who beat them with a Hr in the 2004 regional. Any ways, good look for GSU. Rice had an RPI of 2 and grams was 212.
