Buried in jewelry worth $500,000??? They better post 24-hour guards at her grave site, just like they do at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the Arlington Cementary.

I heard this crazy theory that somehow Whitney Houston was murdered for the purpose of being replaced by Jennifer Hudson so she could be the new "queen of pop."

Folks point to Clive Davis doing an interview with Hudson on the P. Morgan show a day before Whitney Houston died, touting that there needed to be "a new Whitney."

The theory goes further claiming all this is true because Jennifer Hudson was the performer selected to sing a tribute song in the aftermath of Houston's death at the Grammys.
 
Listen to what the great Chaka Khan says near the end of this video about the worth of a high-profile musician. Maybe it explains why right after Whitney's death sales of her music spiked and even a couple of her songs ended up on a recent Billboard chart. Maybe it explains why Whitney's family is selling funeral footage.
