However, you are correct. We have to deal with more shat than yall generation though. These days, cats you think your homie might be s#cking d$k on the side and you never know. The game is twisted. Real talk, I posted about buddy that hangs with my crew and always doing suspect shat about a month ago. I got a frat brother that lived in my old complex and I used to drink with from time to time and this cat done put himself in relationship with another man on facebook. :shame:

His profile picture has him in a frat shirt hugged up with this Kappa kissing and both of them are throwing up signs. Man, it pained me to look at his page.

Well, some might say not talking about homosexuality or shying away from the subject has spawned the down low culture and spikes in the HIV/AIDS rates.
 
If I was an aspiring actor I would.... but I would act a fool and make the show about me... it works good for other opportunities.... Look at I Love New York.

Who from that show has gone on to do anything significant that they couldn't have done without the show?

I'm not saying you're wrong. I just don't keep up with those people.
 
I often wondered why folks did these types of shows, especially men.

We already compete for women, it's just televised and it's not with 7,9, or 11 other men at one time, at least not that we know of.
And besides depending on where you live, women are in ample supply. If you cant get one, move on to the next. As for the supposedly money and fame that comes with being on this show, it seems more than likely that the fame is embarrassment, being kicked off early, not being chosen at all, or knowing that the chick will same something about you in the "video booth", when you're not around and you don't find out about it till the show ends.

Oh and Tony, 1) that topic could have used it's own thread, and 2) you need some different friends, some more MANLY!!!! Or at least ones that ain't watching that type of mess.
 
Even at 32, I guess I'm old school. I don't want to know that bullsh-t about no man on another. I don't give a fugg!

As for these shows, HELL NO. I wouldn't put myself through that stupid ass sh-t for some skanky ass trick to push me off like New York or any of the rest of them. And if my sister went on some sh-t like that for some dude, she would get reminded of her last name fast (in my family, that's akin to getting your ass beat!)
 
For half a mil ill put on a flavor flav chain and some gold teeth and get on a show with nothin but fat chicks.
 
The bad part is that a lot of these shows STILL aren't paying any money. Flavor of Love--FLAV was the entire, gotdayum, muddafugging prize. :mad:
