Kim Kardashian is finalizing the details of her prenuptial agreement before she marries New Jersey Nets player Kris Humphries, Us Weekly reported Thursday.

Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner, has been drawing up the legal contract in advance of her daughter's nuptials, a source told the celebrity magazine.

"Kim's Beverly Hills home and all of her assets are protected," the insider said, adding, "She keeps anything she earns during the marriage and he does not receive anything if the marriage fails."

The buxom beauty was reportedly the highest paid reality TV star in 2010 with earnings of $12 million, according to estimates by Forbes Magazine based on the profits from her E! reality show, endorsement deals and the clothing boutiques she owns with her sisters.

Humphries, 26, earned $3 million with the Nets this season, but his income is only expected to increase as he heads to the free agent market this summer after a breakout season in which he averaged double-digit points and rebounds.

The basketball player proposed to the 30-year-old in late May after six months of dating, presenting her with a 20.5 carat diamond sparkler valued at $2 million.

We don't know what kind of wife she's going to be. She might still be with every athlete she can get her hands on. He just may be turning her from a ho into a married ho. I don't think any of this is proof that you can turn a ho into a housewife.

Bad news for Kim Kardashian. Her ex-husband Damon Thomas has given an interview to In Touch magazine saying she a fame-loving, lying, plastic surgery-loving cheat.

This comes weeks after their divorce papers leaked, in which Kardashian says Thomas hit her and was verbally abusive.

Below is the press release the magazine sent out, and below that is the magazine's cover. In addition to the allegations in the press release below, according to the cover lines on the magazine, Thomas says she also leaked X-rated photos of sister Kourtney and gossips about other sister Khloe's marriage to LA Laker Lamar Odom.



"She can't write or sing or dance, so she does harmful things in order to validate herself in the media," Kim's ex-husband, Damon Thomas tells In Touch exclusively. "That's a fame-whore to me. It's just not cool at all."

But in an exclusive interview with In Touch, Kim's ex-husband says that behind closed doors, Kim has a very different -- and troubling -- set of priorities. "Kim is obsessed with fame," Kim's ex, music producer Damon Thomas, reveals, adding that even when he was in love with her, Kim struck him as the type of person who would step on anyone in order to get where she wanted -- including her sisters, Khloé and Kourtney. "She's jealous and competitive with her sisters," he shares. Desperate to be famous, Damon says, Kim doesn't seem to care whom she hurts -- whether it's friends, lovers or even her own family. "She can't write or sing or dance, so she does harmful things in order to validate herself in the media," he says. "That's a fame-whore to me. It's just not cool at all." And while a rep for the Kardashian sisters says they're "best friends and very supportive of one another," Damon disagrees. "Jealousy is a big thing" with Kim, he says, revealing that when he knew her, Kim would "do whatever it takes" in order to get ahead.

Who knew who this guy as outside of NBA fans? What doors just got open thanks to this? How much more money will a team have to sell out to get him now? What attention hungry team are going ot go after him now? How fast do they get a reality show of thier own? How many movie roles? You don't think his college won't give him an honorary degree just for the media attention now? His value just went up slightly.
