Fat Ho Burgers.....yup, that's the name

It's funny how "our people" want to be looked at and percieved as one thing...yet, glorify the hell out of all of the things that contribute to the negative stereotypes we fight tooth and nail against. Just endorsing heathenisms to no end...cuz, it's fun and tickles us pink...

Maybe, if I knew what her ultimate goals for her franchise really were, and how far past the initial shock and aww of the namesake she was thinking, I'd be more receptive. I mean, even if her goal were to become a multi-chained restuarant...you know how good those burgers would have to be to be able to get around the negative light shined on that marquee?..:retard: Not now...but, eventually. You'd have to da*n nere have your customers skeet'n on themselves from eating your burgers, to balance out "Fat Ho" when it comes to making the money most owners in the resturant business are talk'n about.

Won't happen with THAT name...which was my point. Why shoot yourself in the foot and limit your audience from the jump? If you have a great product, start small and make it grow. Word of mouth will force you to get "franchised".

Number reason we don't make it in business is thoughts like yall. She thought outside the box. If she makes a lick up front, it will give her cash to sustain and take her business to higher places. Cash flow is the name of the business. Not what uppity folks who aren't going to support your business either way.

You ever seen more uppity people than these SWAC grads? :smh:

huh bruh?? strait uppity and strait from the country

I am trying to figure out why they worried about this girl business. Maybe all she wants is one store to get her started. her money, her business, her dream. These uppity folks are dream killers. Stay away from them bruh. They always find fault in your dreams. Never offer to help for real or support you, but will seek to destroy your dream. My dreams are mines, screw you if you don't like it.

This is not a franchise... it is her local business and I doubt there is a short term goal to branch out to different cities with this. Like I said... if the food is good, people will continue to come back. It doesn't take much time or effort to change the name later if she wants to, as long as she keeps cooking good food.

im surprised these uppity folks aint saying this business is bringing the black race down or its cooning. Uppity!!!!

btw that fat ho shole was juicy last nite. eww weee!!!!!

Yes. Ya'll some uppity African-Americans. Everything has to be serious, upright, and uptight! sheesh! Loosen up.

Yeah, being loose sure has worked wonders for the black community, considering the extremely high incarceration rate, and unemployment rate being twice as high as whites.

And let's not talk about how the public school system being in shambles right now. (Because then I would be too uppity)

Being nonchalant is the reason why 1 percent of the population owns the majority of wealth in the country, and we, blacks, have spent $900 billion in recent years even though we own nothing of substance to put that money into.

Oh, but we got Fat Ho Burger, that's right.

Nobody is saying everything has to be serious all the time. All that should be demanded is some practicality, perspective and accountability. That's it.

Now how did "race" become interjected into this?

when I say the word "ho," I normally call these anglo females "ho." lol Or a car. Or a truck. Or a tractor. Or a computer. Or a refrigeration tech who jacked up the A/C unit. lol

My bad...thanks for the catch... I meant "restaurant" right there.

But, you're right....the best advertisement is word of mouth. Been that way...gon' stay that way. It also works, drastically, the other way if the food isn't good.
