SWAC Baseball Weekend 3/25-3/27

It is a baseball thread that is correlated to a sports thread. I want it to be known that when certain low ranking swac schools don't do well, they tend to ride the nutz of their swac rivals by making it a west or eas thing. Hardly will you see a Jacksonian or a Gramblinite teaming up with their rivals like the grade stealers do. This east/west thing is what makes us so bitter among the swac members. In Jackson, we have and always will see it as a JSU vs the swac thing and you know that the lone ranger always win out. So yes this is swac related and I wish the low schools who do nothing for the conference stop trying to ride the jock of those who win in their division.

Now for me, when other swac schools are playing out of conference, I'm always for the swac school,however, unfortunately many swac folk don't think this way. Some are so full of hate that they wish death penalties on other member institutions but remember PAYBACK IS A MUGG AND CARMA IS ALSO.

Barrett Rey is a good coach... he wins everywhere he goes. He helped turn our program around and Coach Cooper has kept things going since taking the helm once Rey left.

I dont get the whole East is down thing the 3 Miss schools are pretty good. Being on the east majority of teams hadnt seen the west. Majority of the west aint seen the east i dont get the down the other side thing then we get the random good ooc win for the SWAC. Regardless of side we only sending 1 team to the NCAA will you cheer any harder or less from what side they on. East or West we still a one bid team

Lastly eastern coaches have brought up playing across the board like basketball and some western teams didnt wanna do that.

First off the east hasnt won a championship since 02. Secondly there are no easy outs in the WEST. Every team is capable of winning a series against you. On the East side, AAMU and Bama St are basically instant sweeps.

How do you know he didn't lie, especially when teams on each side haven't really played each other in head to head series? No one has any way of knowing until they actually play on the field.

TSU basically has the same team as last year. PV and PB arent down, both beat jSU. The west is just loaded from top to bottom. I guarantee you the best east team would finish in last place in the West. We had this same discussion today @ the game.

So why hasnt the east won a championship since 02. The west plays a better brand of baseball.

Exactly and Tues if JSU beat ULM will hear a way to go SWAC from certain posters but Saturday we get a East sucks. AAMU beat Ok St dude had his pom pom s all out then that weekend got swept by JSU its a IMO, east down.
