Alcorn State has NEVER won a SWAC championship.........As a matter of fact between 1959 and 2003, only S.U., jsu and gram won championships. Texas Southern broke the streak in 2004 and picked up another in 2008; PV won their first title in 2006 and came back in 2007 and won another..

You miss the point... with the number of championships, it does them a disservice to make excuses when you get your azz whupped. Every azz whupping comes with pages of all sorts of excuses.
