Does anyone know what the actual start time for the SWAC Championship will be.

I know it is on Dec. 12th, but could not find the expected start time on the website.

Continental Airlines is offering roundtrip deals from Intercontinental to BHam for 150$. (I last checked Monday)

Where did you see that?

I see it has dropped from $208 to $169, but it may be too early to be getting a flight (don't want to jinx anything).

Dude y'all got it. Go ahead and book it. Even though your team did not look impressive and could very well lose the remaining 3 games, I believe y'all have it locked up.

You're right JagBR, we didnt look impressive in "The Swamp" and were fortunate to escape the muddy confines of Mumford. We've played MUCH better football this season though. Don't believe what you saw last Thursday was it...

Just got off the phone w/ the Htown crew and they're attempting to charter a plane that originates in either Dallas or Houston so we can complete the trip from either Houston to Dallas and then BHAM or Dallas to Houston and then BHAM.

I sent a txt to a flt attdt bud @ Southwest inquiring about rates. If not, can we use some of her plentiful passes since she's been there for 21 years and her hotel discount and rental car discount. :emlaugh:

Some of us made our hotel reservations back in August after witnessing our squad's 1st practice. :read: (Homewood LaQ :swink: )

Thought about the flying deal into the ATL and then driving over but that would be too much of a commitment to the ATL that I'm not quite ready for from "MEACkie." lol
