We both have out dated info -- we did away with open enrollment and as far as my info on "D's" one of my guys from PV who was apart of the 2004 team was only able to play that year because PV accepted his "D's" and TSU did not. It may have changed since then but that's why I asked the question...

After pleading guilty to a robbery charge in Austin, former Texas defensive back Robert Joseph seeks fresh set of downs at TSU
Joseph already had two juvenile misdemeanors on his record when he arrived at Texas in 2006. He played as a freshman but was suspended from the team after he was arrested in June 2007 for burglarizing cars at an Austin hotel parking lot, a Class A misdemeanor.
Less than a month later, after announcing he would leave Texas and transfer to another school, he was charged in July 2007 with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. Police said Joseph held a gun to the residents of an Austin apartment, including a 14-year-old, as he and teammate Andre Jones of El Paso took cash, cellular phones, a laptop and video game equipment. A third player was charged with retaliation and tampering with evidence.
After serving eight months in jail when he could not afford to post bail, Joseph pleaded guilty in June 2008 to the reduced charge of robbery, a second-degree felony, and was sentenced to eight years’ probation and required to perform 340 hours of community service.
Joseph is the second high-profile former Big 12 player to enroll at Texas Southern and attempt to return to football. Last year, former Texas A&M offensive lineman Yemi Babalola walked on for the Tigers after he was indicted for aggravated robbery in College Station.
Babalola in June was convicted of two counts of aggravated robbery and was sentenced to five years in prison. He and a former A&M teammate were accused of stealing marijuana, money, car keys and a cellular phone from a College Station apartment after binding the apartment’s occupants with duct tape.
