Of course you are not going to say that football is the only important sport. This is not a dig at you but you you cant say that cause your football program sucks. You are going to include the sport your school is good at, basketball.

But this is about how you folks change the rules everytime JSU does something good. When JSU won football YOU said it was only cause the SWAC was weak. You hate JSU so much that you cant just congratulate and move on (like Crit said). Its folks like you that Hate Mighty JSU so much that you have to mitigate our greatness.

Let me expand that example. JSU won the SWAC when Gram SU and A&M won 8 games. Yet YOU said the SWAC was down in 07. Gram won the SWAC when JSU had all new skill position folks, SU sucked, and A&M had a losing season. GR didnt hear anyone say that Gram won the SWAC in a down year. The coalition sticks together because of your hate for someone greater than you.

But JSU is so mighty that we dont need yalls affection. We are better than you guys and we will continue to show it. You keep up the excuses, we will keep on bringing home the championships.

Get real! I have NEVER said football is the only important sport. I have NEVER said that basketball is the only important sport. I have ALWAYS said that football and basketball are important sports. More important than others. Sports that I follow. Sports that I watch. Sports that I attend. What about you? Other than football and basketball, which ones do you follow regularly? Which ones do you attend? Since you wanna disagree with me, surely you attend golf matches as much as you attend football games, you can name your soccer players as you can name your bball players.

Thanks to those who gave us props, I know I will give props to other swac schools who excel. I'm a little bit surprised that no one from valley or alcorn, our swac brothers congratulated us. Most JSU's root for those two when they aren't playing us.
 
MH, GR use to say similar things you are saying when Southern was winning all theirs Cups. He must think people don't remember.

You are missing the point and claiming ignorance on purpose.
If you school had won the SWAC golf title, your ass woulda been in here bragging like no other. But since JSU came from 300 strokes back to walk your sorry ass school down, golf aint important to you. But if your school had won, you cant tell me you would not have started golf threads.

Hell we didnt hear a peep out of you about girls basketball until this year. But now that Ghettothia Jackson has her team on the top half of SWAC girls basketball for a change, now you can talk about girls basketball again.

To end this conversation, if you want to limit SWAC sports to the sports YOU think are important, so be it. JSU will continue to be good in the sports you like and the ones you dont like. Expand your horizon....get some culture about you man. You use to be so beautiful.

I thought i was the only person that noticed that! JSU has always had a self esteem problem! They need people to pat them on the back to make them feel like they are worth something! No one gives a damn about JSU but JSU people and they get p!ssed when no one acknowledges them! They are so p!ssed at Valley and Alcorn for not giving them Congrats! Hell this same thread was made last week, i don't blame them! JSU needs to be blessed they are in the sorry east, they have been winning the cup by default on a yearly basis but they will take anything they can! Those country bumpkins love to brag! It's in their blood!:D
