Rihanna and Chris Brown are back together, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

The pair have reunited almost three weeks after Brown, 19, allegedly battered the "Umbrella" singer on Feb. 8, a source tells PEOPLE.

"They're together again. They care for each other," says the source. The on-again couple are currently spending time together at one of Sean "Diddy" Combs's homes, on Miami Beach's Star Island.

Adds the source: "While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves."

In its latest issue, PEOPLE reports that Brown called Rihanna on her 21st birthday one week ago. "He called to wish her happy birthday," a source told the magazine. "They've reached out to each other. It's been mutual."

Brown was booked by LAPD for making criminal threats but the case has not yet been presented to the District Attorney, who will ultimately determine which charges, if any, will be prosecuted.
 
Nobody should be surprised about this. Hell, Chris Brown probably can get any woman he wants now. These chicks love a Negro that will put them hands on them. Back in the day, those cats had all the women.

That is Not True I don't know where you guys get this nosense that is not what a woman want. But let me tell this, you put hands on me I am going to try and do my best to bust you up and then call the police on you. I got a reference on that if you need.

When you are 19 and 21, you are no longer considered a kid.

Man, I get so tired of people labeling those 18 or older kids in certain situations when it is convient for them. A 21-year-old is not a kid. Neither is someone who is 19. Those are adults, my friend.

Folks say the same thing about athletes all the time. Michael Phelps comes to mind "Oh, He was a young and stupid kid when he made the mistake of smoking from a bong." HE'S 23!!!

Even A-Rod described his steroid use as being that of someone who was young and naive. What? He was using the stuff between the ages of 25-28.

There were some, not all, but some who defended the actions of R. Kelly in the sex tape scandal by saying, "Oh, a 15-year-old or 16-year-old girl is not a child if she is able to make the decision of having sex with someone twice her age."

How dumb is that?

If Chris Brown would have killed Rihanna, would we be saying he was kid then? I don't think we would.

I am not saying that just because you are a certain age a person is supposed to act a certain way. There are some 19-year-olds who are mature like 30 year-olds. And there are some 21-year-olds who act like they are 12, but by no means should they be described as kids or children.

Kendrick they are kids in matters of the heart. It's never cut and dry but if you are 19 -21 in my eyes you are a kid. You can handle your business so to speak but you still have a long way to go to learn how to take care of yourself, a family and treat women in general. I not sure All of Rhianna's face is really battered. Some of that looks like her makeup smeared. No he should have never touched her but all that could be defensive type stuff. They are young,dumb and full of cum...No if ands or buts about that.

They are expected to carry themselves as men and women. We should expect those expectations from those not in the military.

A 13 year old kid can have the heart of an adult, but he or she is still a kid. A 21 year old might have the heart of a kid, but at the end of the day that person is still an adult.

Maybe I live in a different world or something, but when you are 18 or older that means you are an adult. At least that is what I was taught.

Or if Rihanna was their child they wouldn't be calling Chris a kid. They would be calling him an adult that needs to be locked up.

So she went back to him. Well I guess the plan worked. Chris got his HOOD card for popping her and free press to lead up to that cd and 4 movies coming out. He even got Bow Wow some free press by having him comment instead of promoting his flop in making cd.
R. Kelly would be proud Chris!

Even though I said "I bet" which means I'm guessing/posting my opinion
my statement of my opinion may be a little unfair,
because I don't know you, or how you think/operate

But I do know alot of women, who always love the niqqa
that treats them the worst
