Man vs Wild

THE PVAMU

Oh Shaela'.....
Who has seen this show? Its comes on the Discovery Channel....its about a dude they drop in the middle of no where for a week to fend for himself.....I just saw a snippet and dude found some shat from some wild animal and it contained these seeds....anyway he picks up the shat......finds a stream.....washes the shat off the seeds and eats them.......:vomit:....

While I think both shows are scripted, I prefer 'survivorman' over 'man vs wild'.
Survivorman has a more real feeling to me.

Man I saw that ish. His arse will bite the arse of any animal that is dead or he kills it. And he eats raw bloody meat like a wild animal or savage. That dude is crazy.

Y'all don't talk bad about Bear Grylls. I have been addicted to this show for more than a year. Honestly, THIS is the type of dude I need. Real.

Man, I love "Man vs. Wild".

I remember seeing one episode where the dude ate a parts of a dead seal. :vomit:

I still haven't seen Survivorman. Is it on A&E?

We would get along great. I am a true outdoor mans. I love nature and love being out in the wilderness.

I've watched both shows and although these guys are on a whole nother level, I've always wondered, how does the camera man get out of these "tight" situations. Over the weekend I was watching Bear and he was in the jungles of the Dominican Republic. It started to rain and he needed a dry place to sleep once night fall came. He used some vines to create a hammock and when morning came he found a big ass spider and cooked it for breakfast.

Where did the camera man sleep and what did he eat?

CD the crew has tents and food, a gps and a satelite phone.LOL
And a place to charge the battery.

I like Survivorman more than Man vs. Wild. The guy from Survivorman is actually by himself. The other guy ,Bear, has a crew with him and he has admitted that he has shammed a couple of shows.

Peace and Practice

Bear Grylls is the truth! He was part of the British Army Special Ops Unit. Those guys are for real. I like the episode where he was in the FL Everglades. He had to swim across a 20-yard stretch of swamp water. He sat and waited about 2-hrs first (to look out for alligators) and darted across. If you are familiar with FL, you know that is suicide almost.

Boo, any man can bite the head off of a python, you just might not want to. I'm not seeing it as a negative...AT ALL. Hell, he might want to bow me up in a knot and lick my cat.

I like watching Man vs. Wild! Bear Grylls is some nice eye-candy.

I watch Survivorman on occasion but the show kinda drags along. Plus the guy says he's out there alone but I saw one episode where he was riding a horse & pulling another one and in addition to his personal camera shots there was several long range camera shots.
Guess I'm over-analyzing tho...
