J~, I wouldn't say I get upset when ya'll trash Grambling. I just think ya'll are a little hard on them. As as far as SU being the best band in the SWAC??? :xeye: That's your opinion. :lol: I have some respect for ya'll. :D

I do try to give my honest views of what I think and like to give credit where credit is due. If SU sounds and looks great, I have NO problems giving ya'll props and that goes the same with any other SWAC school. I'd like to see every band at their best and perform with excellence. I don't get into all that "ya'll ain't shat" talk a lot, because what good is it doing to bring OUR bands down? It's all SWAC love with me, and I'm past all that other foolishness. It's cool to smack sometimes (and I do), but there's a short limit with me.

both bands are going to do them jackson has nothing to prove to grambling and grambling has nothing to prove to jackson. Both bands are going to come in and play and do them!!! There wont be a battle of bands this year just the game. Plus its suppose to pour downnnnnn this weekend in bham so plus its suppose to be cold so both bands will be effected. But halftime u never know gsu always has a good field show and jsu will do jsu on the field but u cant hate or even predict who will do what until saturday!!!! both bands did well in the stands last year at the GAME battle of bands went to jsu but game both bands did well. illl b der saturday wit my lil man so we both gon have fun either way. good luck to both bands.

Actually it suppose to be 53 degrees and sunny!!!!!!!:lecture::lol:

few days ago it said 60 and showers now it sayes 53 and partly cloudy. but we all know how dat bham weather is goin to be.

aye wen dey suppose to be changing the legion field into a dome?? and where will the big swac games be at during construction.

I'm actually glad we're not doing the Battle on Friday night. I would feel obligated to go...but after last year I don't see how yall battle them EVERY year at the Bayou.

I been asking the we replace GSU with St.Aug or Kennedy when I was in the band... Having GSU in the stands playing in between SU is worse than waiting on the dayum step show to be over...

The sad part of it all, is that you actually believed that GSU did well last year. You couldn't have been at that game last year.:retard:

Man, when I was leaving the stadium, Gram's band was leaving too (all unorganized of course). I parked behind the Gram side and as they were leaving the stadium, they were talkin about how they won...jumping all up and down and one dude even went on to yell out that he bet it's gonna be all over the swacpage how Gram beat JSU. I almost said, "when has anyone EVER said anything good about Gram on the SP?" lol

My wife was even like, " I hope they don't think they did nothing." lol

They know better than to pull that crap after the Bayou Classic Battle of the Bands. They leave the dome knowing that they got their arses handed to them.

Did you not watch the last episode of Season of the Tiger when they had the Bayou Classic BOTB.... aint no way in hell you could have told them boys they aint blow out SU. lol
