Three Ex-University of Virginia Football Players Transfering To Grambling

C-mon bruh, truth or not, I thought it was a poor portrayal of a great institution. Spears was horrible and Bruce was worst. I don't think it made a difference with the Saints cutting him but it certainly was a ....well, you know. Deep down inside, no true Grambling grad could possibly be happen with what was portrayed on television.
You are wrong....they loved it...they thought it was cute.

On the other hand, football is football. You cant win without players.

Didn't Octavious Bond have a write-up like this and get torched in the one of the greatest Bayou Classics of all time?

You can't make the same comparrison. Octavious Bond was moved from WR to DB. You would have to show me some paper work saying that Bond was rated as a 4 star prospect.

Octavious Bond was horrible....you gotta admit that.

Can't put all the blame on him... poor coaching if you ask me. Why would anyone take a strong safety and try to play him as a cover corner in bump and run coverage (all game).

"G"rambling is "G"ambling on these kids. Kids transferring because of academic issues rarely work out. Obviously they did not have the work ethic to hit the books. These players will still be ineligible when they arrive at Gram. Obviously, they are going to enroll in the summer and take every class during the summer session. Gram professors will give them A's in all classes. The admissions office will probably not accept the courses they failed at UVA. So by the end of the summer, they will be 4.0 students. This needs to be on the next Season of the Tiger. A documentary which made Gram look pretty bad.

UAPB had a transfer Wide Receiver from Virginia Tech a couple of seasons ago. He was cut from the team. Grades. HBCU's are not as easy as some people think.
