HBCU Politics are a different type of beast. I am not surprised. However, most tend to get some PWC experience then jump back. If you don't know how to deal with OUR people though, it can be a hellish job. Ask Mason or Oliver down at Valley.

You also got to be able to play politics with whatever party controls that state. You would be surprised how many HBCU Presidents are republicans.
