Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal proposes a 40 to 60 percent — cuts to campuses in the University of Louisiana system, LSU system and southern University system. How can they possibly survive ? I mean this budget cut is like just literally saying Lousiana will not have higher education !!! If LSU is expressing how bad this could hurt them, imagine GRAMBLING and Southern !!!

GSU recently saw cuts of 50 percent which brought there budget to $13 million. 50 percent of 13 is 6.5. That's the tag of most small university's athletic budgets.

Grambling had a $13M cut, not a total budget of $13M. No college can operate on $13M a year.
