I Wonder whats next???

I'm guessing he'll look for an FBS coaching job. I could see somebody like a South Carolina trying to snag him up if Spurrier decides to call it quits.

Or if he wants to return to the SWAC, I'm sure Bama State's would push Barlow out the door tomorrow.

JSU folks, if Comegy don't turn it around this season would ya'll pursue D. W.?

Director of Pro Personnel Doug Williams is leaving the Buccaneers' organization to explore new options, it was announced Tuesday

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Tuesday that upon the completion of Doug Williams’ current agreement as Director of Pro Personnel, he will leave the organization.

“Mark and I have sat down and talked about my future,â€￾ Williams said. “After a lot of thought, I felt that it was the right time for me to look at new options. I wish nothing but the best for the Buccaneers.â€￾

“I have tremendous respect for Doug’s talents and am very appreciative of his many contributions to this franchise over the years,â€￾ said General Manager Mark Dominik. “At the end of last season, Doug and I began a conversation regarding his career. Doug concluded that now is the time for him to make the smoothest transition. Like Mike Alstott and Lee Roy Selmon, Doug will stay involved as a representative of the team in the community.â€￾

JSU Fans wouldn't go for it. IF he failed to beat Gram, JSU fans would accuse him of sabotage.

I think Doug wants to get on the sidelines...either in the NFL or collegiate. However, it could be an administrative gig. I think he'll do well wherever...wish him well.

That is what I said to myself !!! this ninja pulled up something from 2010 just to say ASHY may be a QB coach at a FBS program.

I see what happened:

He originally replied in the "Doug Still Crying Two Years Later" thread then noticed this thread below listed as a related thread and didn't notice it was six years old.
