Anyone ever heard of Reggie Harding/first high schooler drafted into the NBA?

I knew a guy like him growing up. 7' with an NBA body. Could not stop stealing. He and his boys would steal bicycles and scratch the serial numbers off while sitting in the ditch in front of where I lived with my great-uncle and aunt. He was a bit older than me...just could not let the streets go. Can you imagine someone his size stealing bicycles and whatever else he had an opportunity to steal? Made no sense to me then or now. Stealing Danish rolls out of the bread delivery truck was one of his favorite activities.
