I hate to be the bearer of bad news for this young lady. However, in the larger society, the common denominator never changes. It’s not as overt as on a college campus in most instances. But micro aggression is waiting on her if she plans on working for those folks with longevity. I suspect this will not be her last time rationalizing. I’ll leave it at that….no need to go on a long tangent (most in here are seasoned and know all about it).

[both hbcu's in West Va that are now 90% white enrollment] maybe.
