HIIT yoga is exactly what it sounds like: A yoga session and a HIIT class rolled into one. The classes (frequently billed as “yoga sculpt”) are structured with a combination of high-intensity, cardio-based flows that will get your heart pumping and your muscles working, and slow-flow stretches to relieve any tension.
