Here is something for you....this was part of our back workout tonight

Deadlift from the rack (about 18 inches from the floor)

set 1 15 @ 225
set 2 12 @ 315
set 3 10 @ 405
set 4 8 @ 500
set 5 20 @ 365

You had me halfway through set 3.

I could prob do 5 at 405lbs.

That's a BEAST workout. Im hopping that's your last Back workout of the routine.

I wish.....we do aleast 3 other back exercise then 100 reps of hypers
 
No sir. Deadlifts is my last Back exercise cause I dont like them.

I do about 5 - 6 routine for back and in between the exercise I do pull-ups.
Im trying to get the BIG BACK for 2007.

Back is definitely one of my "POWER POINTS" that I have planned for my new workouts.
