Why???

Why does it always take a tragedy like the one today to get us humans to act civil towards one another. People that don't even think about stepping a foot in church were there at noon and probably be there all day. Praying for their welfare and the welfare of strangers. Aren't we suppose to be praying for one another anyway? Church doors opening to everyone, instead of the select members to come in. Why were some congregations limited to the select anyway? Churches announcing 3 and four services in one day. Why only once or twice a week before? Prayer no longer allowed at schools; but schools all over the nation are allowed to have prayer services in their gyms, etc. People donating food, supplies, etc. The food restaurants usually throw away are going on the streets and distributing them to those that need it. Why weren't they doing that before? People lining up for blocks to give blood. For years the blood services have been begging for people to donate blood. Why didn't these people give before?

Despite our selfishness, the racism toward one another, the cruelty, the war against each other; there is a bigger war outside of ours and its against us. We are definitely in the days of sorrow.

Just thoughts that the mind processes. Be blessed.

You know what Blu? You are so very right. God bless those people and their families. You notice how many people on tv are now freely talking about praying and God?
