What is the deal with SWAC and the play-offs this year?

I heard that the 1-AA play-offs are going to start December 8 and the SWAC championship game is December 1. If this statement is true, will the SWAC champion be invited to the play-offs? It seems to me, the SWAC is a stronger conference this year. Are there any comments?

If that's true, the SWAC might just have 3 representatives in the playoffs. Not likely, but conceivable.

The I-AA playoffs were pushed back one week to Dec. 1, the same day as the SCG.
