U.S. Senate confirms Grambling State University alumnus Henry Whitehorn as U.S. Marshal
The Senate has confirmed the nomination of Grambling State University alumnus Henry Whitehorn as U.S. Marshal for the Western District of Louisiana.
Whitehorn is chief of police for the Shreveport.
U.S. Sen. Mary L. Landrieu recommended Whitehorn for the position last August and President Obama nominated him for the post.
