This is a nightmare. This is a big reason why enrollment has been mostly stagnant at HBCUs b/c we are impacted the most when tuition increases. College cost is already outrageous and it just won't stop. Glad I got out when I did.

But I'll say this, most college campuses and including a growing number of HBCUs today operate like fancy resorts but it's costing them an arm and a leg tho. Wanna talk about pros and cons.
