Yep, he trying to do his work/damage before next year's elections. Wonder if people who fell for the "banana in the tailpipe" photo op with HBCU Presidents will finally see a speck of the light now.

This administration is full of the same racial hatred it ran it's campaign on. There is no changing that regardless of what anyone wants to believe.

It means if HBCU leaders were put in a position to HAVE to ask a GOP president and GOP congress, we KNEW all this was coming!

I told yall months ago Jeff Sessions is urging trump to do what he has been trying do in Alabama for decades.
 
I fail to see what Obama might have done more would change a man who is antiblack's actions. Trumpanzee is reversing everything he can, some of which Obama stated were permanently off limits--Alaskan areas drilling, offshore areas etc.
