Thanks bw....its hard for me to drink it during the winter time.

Man, I have to force myself to drink water in most cases. When I eat out at restaurants, I order water sometimes instead of tea. I just have to stay consistant. When I work out, I drink a lot of water.

Good Stuff Buck!!

I drink water quite often... I rarely drink Soda, tea, or juice.... I have had soda my 5 times this year.....

Haven't had soda since Feb. I told Warn back in the Spring that I try to drink at least a gallon of water a day.

An "easy" way for me to get my water is drinking bottled water. It's easy to drink 4-5 bottles a day.

btw, anybody into juicing? After having that Jack LaLanne juicer collect dust for at least 3 years, I pulled it out and started using it last week.

I do the same thing! Water with plenty lemons. Works every time.

Are we talking tap water or bottled water. I can't drink water from a faucet. Yuck. I can drink bottled water all day.

What is the difference? Both are only purified waters....

I can taste the difference. Tap water (at least where I live) tastes bitter. I remember when I was in Mississippi going school, the water in certain places, tasted like dirt. I just don't trust tap water.

My problem is not pops. I love water, drink it all the time, my problem is beer. I love it. Especially imported beer.

May wanna' work on that one brah. I recall a few yrs back I was all up in the ER dehydrated to a point where my arteries had done something that was causing my heart to palpitate. I told doc I wasn't outside working in the snow/ice so I didn't unerstand. Welp, my love for basketball caught up w/ me in the middle of winter and I was exhausted. He explained that even though we don't feel it, our bodies are always sweating (minutely), so, we need to make a special effort to rehydrate in the winter time, for we are fooled into thinking dehydration only occurs during sweating. I went through 4.5 bags of whatever solutioni they were pumping into both of my arms. And not ONCE did I have to urinate afterwards. I've done gatorade for DURING exercise and water all around that. I try to drink 3-4 bottles of 16oz-ers daily now. Good luck w/ it.

No doubt water has countless benefits,It doesn't matter we thirsty or not we should drink almost 8 to 9 glasses per day.I always try to drink more and more water during day, quite informative information mentioned above regarding water.
