Thats the question....
1) I assume that the head coaches and refs agreed to let the clock run during the 2nd half of the AAMU / JSU game.
During incomplete passes, after first downs, and runs out of bounds... the clock continued to run and/or the refs signaled for the clock to continue.
Would any other conference do this?
Does this make the SWAC a joke?
Is this OK with the NCAA? Is this some kind of violation of the rules?
The game was out of hand early. It was cold. Can refs and coaches invoke their own rules during a game?
2) The refs charged a time out to Alabama State on one occasion. I believe Alabama State was playing in Montgomery and we were in Huntsville.
Should the refs know what teams are playing?
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
