Man I was excited about Kwame making it to the final against Bill until I saw him choose Heidi and Omarosa on his team for the final challenge. He has NO chance of winning with Omarosa on his team. She is an incompetent, selfish WITCH! Kwame just doesn't have the leadership qualities to compete with the big boys at that level.

Man after Omarosa had screwed up those two times, he should have shown some passion and went off on her. She doesn't seem to care whether he wins or loses. She is just all about self-promoting herself.

I was so pissed when Omarosa sat there and blatantly lied to everyone. She said she never talked to Diane on phone at the restaurant. The world uckfin' nation just saw you talk to her. I mean how stupid could you be to lie about something that we just saw you do, knowing that the isht is going to air on television.

(I thik that Wayne Brady should choke that b**ch!)

And Kwame was too scared to confront her. He is such a punk. There ain't no way in 'heck' I would have let her off that easy. And then she had the NERVE to tell him that he's the one with his neck on the line and he's gotta do something about it. She had the audicity to turn it around as if he was in the wrong. She said "Logistics is all screwed up and I've been trying to get it all straight." If she had been doing her job in the first place it wouldn't have been screwed up.

Kwame SHOULD have said: "No, *itch, YOU need to do something about it. As an employee YOU are responsible for YOUR job. YOUR job is logistics and making sure the talent gets to the correct location at the right time. You called me in here to clean up YOUR mess. You got yourself in this mess and you need to clean it up. Not me. I'm going back out to dinner with Pete...when I get back you better know when, where and what time Jessica Simpson takes a leak. I disagree! The longer she stays the worse Kwame is going to look. I haven't watched the show enough to know the rules, but is it possible for Kwame to fire Omorosa? That would certainly be showing leadership and the team could do no worse. There was no excuse for the way she handled the travel arrangements, and if she is that incompetent and arrogant, then if Kwame were to reprimand her, she could sabbotage all of the team's efforts. Or could the mistake have been staged to test Kwame's leadership skills?

Anyway, i was flipping through the channels today and i seen Donald Trump on Opera. Did anyone else see this? They had Heidi, Ereka and Omarosa. OMG....man i thought Omarosa and Ereka was gonna throw down. On the real!!! Omarosa said Ereka called her the N word. and Opera was entertaining it too. I bet her ratings shoot through the roof. Omarosa said that peolple were sleeping with each other, i wonder who they were?

Also, let us as black people give many praises to God that Kwame has made it this far that he has a real chance of winning. It's very rare that a black person has advanced this far on reality T.V.
 
LM, you raised a good point...would the rules allowed him to fire her? Who really knows. The circumstances were different on this show because technically, the 'employees' have nothing to lose...they have already been fired so they have no incentive to win. But at the same time, Kwame also needs to show some leadership skills. You can't fire every single person because he or she is an idiot. As a leader you have to at least have that FIRST discussion about job responsibility. "Reprimanding" Omarosa on the spot would have been closer to 'real-life'.

We actually have no idea of the outcome since it's to be continued. Something tells me that if Kwame did/does fire her, Donald Trump would give him a standing ovation. If Kwame allowed the incompetence to continue, the Don would definitely fire his arse. But still...someone needs to take the O-girl down a notch or two.

As for the show on Oprah, how were they able to discuss the show at this point in the game...did the reveal that they were all coming back on the show? I was off today and forgot it they were going to be on there. And I WAS shocked that Kwame was still in the game.

damn bruh, it aint that serious. That topic was already over 100 responses. It's not like the person locked it and said not to start another topic about the show.

After all the hoopla, I saw the whole show for the first time last night and that black chick was wrong as L. She has done herself more hurt by telling that outright LIE for everybody to see. For her sake, I hope that lie was part of some scheme the producers concoted to make it harder for that brotha. But either way, she's a beyotch! That brotha needs to take bout 10 minutes and give her what she needs, and she'll probably stop all her crap. LOL

I agree about the other people not having anything to lose, so they could take their role as employees to these 2 guys any way they want to.

I got a feeling that these lil disasters were planned to see how Kwame and Bill handle them. So far Kwame is messing up. He shoulda asked Omarosa what the phone call was about. Who the hell else other then the folks they are dealing with knew where to contact her, so they knew it HAD to be buisness related. It wasn't like it was her husband calling to see how his Pookie-Poo was doing.

That was my first thought too, you can't be blantantly screwin' up as Omarosa is and it not be planned by the producers. Not tellin' the rest of the group what the phone call at dinner was about and the other lies...c'mon now. Kwame better grow some real quick and check some folk or he's thuu...that's right thuu! :lol:
 
If he could fire her, he should.

Better yet, let's see how she handles things at this point. She knows she lied, and her team knows, as well.

Kwame couldn't really stay in that room too long, because he was with Jessica Simpson's father. Any long delay in the dinner would definitely show that something was wrong. Best to keep him calm.

Omarosa is a witch, and I wouldn't hire her to wash my arse. (Well, maybe I'd consider it). LOL

She's deliberately sabotaging the event, and Kwame's going to have to step up at the next show and put that trick in her place, even if he CAN'T fire her. If it were me, I'd ask one of the others to work WITH her, and dilute her powers as much as possible. That's what they would normally do in corporate America if they can't fire you. They relieve you of some of your responsibilities, or have someone to work WITH you until they can get a replacement.

Okay now let's start the discussion, who saw the final episode? It came down to Kwame being too laid back and not showing some BALLS and calling Omarosa out or just FIRING her sorry azz.

Did you see how she fumbled around trying to come up with an answer on why she lied when Trump asked her about it? But the truth is, the producers of the show want her in the mix to shake up things. Erica called her a LIAR to her face on National TV.

I saw the final episode. Me and my boi was sipping on paul masson cuz we just knew Kwame was gonna get it. When he said Bill ur hired i was like WTF!!!!! i didnt know they was live............. he did it so fast too it really caught me off guard. Overall, it's Trumps company and he can hired who he wants. Im glad George was backing Kwame though.

As far as Omarosa, yes the producers did put her up to lie, same as they did for Bill. If Omarosa said that Ereka called her the (N) dammit Ereka called her the (N). White people the 1st thing they say when they get mad is YOU N!GG@!!!!!! I just knew Omarosa was gonna knock the Ish outta Ereka since they had them two side by side.

But, it's not over for Kwame, he has great endeavores instore for him.
 
IMO, the brotha didnt deserve it. He was way too laid back for his own good and didn't show good managerial skills. If he didn't know he could fire Omarosa, he at least should have said something to her. No manager, on an important project, will let an outright LIE go unchallenged and thats exactly what he did. Maybe the brotha is just cut out to be a behind- the- scene dude and not the front man. Also, he said nothing to the white guy who screwed up that breakfast.

I was waiting to see something about where the producers put her up to lying, in order to see how the brotha would handle it. But after Trump called her out for lying at the end, it seems that she did that stuff all on her own. Talk about being caught redhanded on national tv. :smh:
 
Omarosa cost Kwame the job. Kwame is not a micro manager, he is more laid back and lets employee do their job. Bill wants to know what's going on at all times.

Kwame aint done yet. He has a promising future ahead of him and he will go far.

Bill crew was complaining about him being to nervous and trying to micro manage and not trusting his empolyees to do the job they were asked to do. Maybe Kwame would have worked better with Bill's group and Bill's with Kwame's since each group wanted the leadership that the other person had. I am still convinced that Omarosa was a plant. Can anyone be that unprofessional all the time. This was a show that was scripted, let's not forget that. Omarosa is a draw, you saw the promos for next falls show they used her and some of the former cast members (the more popular ones) as teasers.

Althouth Kwame was laid back, it's interesting to me how they said the brother was too "texted". Brother has a Harvard Business degree and he's too text.

I believe Donald may give him a job in the long run, but not as exclusive as Bill's position. All Kwame need is a little training in Balls 101 and he'll be set.
 
Yeah, have Kwame manage a department with 17 folx.......He'll get tough then!!!!!!!

This situation may work out best for Kwame. DTrump did file for Bankruptcy last year and his casinos aint performing like they used to. This may be a American Idol situation where the second runner up does the BEST even though they didnt win.
