Position Title: TEST LEAD
Location: San Clemente, CA/ Mason, OH
Duration: Long term
JOB Description: Mandatory Skills: ·
Minimum 7+ experience in end to end Quality Assurance test planning and execution.· Minimum 5+ years’ experience working as a QA Technical Lead on medium to complex projects.· Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Project Management or Test Coordinator.· Strong analytical & organizational skills required. · Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.· Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills. · Experience in testing web based and mainframe applications and testing environments. · Demonstrate follow-through on tracking/resolving application and environmental issues discovered during testing. · Ability to document all phases of QA process.· Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects.· Proven track record in recommending and implementation of QA best practices· Experience of regulatory requirements including 21 CFR and HIPAA· Experience in the use of HP Quality Center tool· Preferred - understanding of HL7 messaging

Strong hands on testing capability within .NET stack· Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in end to end Quality Assurance test planning and execution.· Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; · conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation. · Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. · Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. · Ability to document all phases of QA process.· Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects.
