Summer workouts

Donkey kicks are great for your triceps as well and gives a good cardio. Try doing 20 in a row with a 2 second rest between.

Phreeze provided a good workout plan. I will definitely incorporate the workout plan into my exercise routine.

Try this. I did and you will be spent...

I am drinking beer, eating bbq and drinking jack and coke. I am up to about 3 to 4 beers a day.

No running/jogging/cardio for me. I've been doing strictly weight training for months now Plus, it's been recommended I consume 3,000 calories a day. It has been tough, but I can see results, though. Not like Mr. Universe who started the thread, but I no longer have the chest like a 12-year-old boy.

Good stuff Kendrick. I tell everyone, the weightroom is your friend. Women love big shoulders and biceps.

Push ups, sit ups, pull ups and 3 mile run. I do 2 different types of push up exercises, the standard and the cross over. As for ab work outs I use this workout after searching the web for different ab workouts

I started off running at least 3 miles twice a week earlier this summer and dropped my weight down to 213. Now I'm on a metabolic conditioning program that one of the bruhs sent to me about a month ago. I'm loving it...

Man, inbox me, i just finished one of my personal training seminars on body weight training to add to what i do with my clients...was one of the most intense workouts ive done, and i've worked with pro bodybuilders Branch Warren and Ronnie Coleman

Randall remember you couldnt pay me to touch a weight when we was at Grambling Lab..LOL

I am reducing the amount of weight I bench press for a while and working on form. In general, I am reducing weight, increasing reps and reducing rest time.
