Yesterday, while in the gym, I chatted with a younger brother from Iowa who is interning at the Electric company here (Ameren-Cilco). I haven't known him long (maybe since the beginning of the year). He's a slender dude who works out a whole lot.
We were talking about exercises and eating habits and he said he used to struggle. Through cardio and watching what he eats, he had dropped 80 pounds since June of last year! It's really amazing what you can accomplish through hard work.
Do you have any success stories or know of some? These stories are great ways to motivate others.
