Stock Question

Does anyone know of a way I can purchase some stock cheap (100 or 200 bucks) without laying down a 1000 deposit or hellacious transaction fees. Basically if I just wanted to purchase 100 shares of junk stock i.e. WCOM @ $1.42 per share...could I just do that without shelling out major bucks?

There are a lot of firms that let you buy Junk stock with out shelling out the major bucks. The only stipulation is that you have to hold on to the stock for a specified period. I'll post a few of the ones that my co-workers use later on.

Thanks...I want to grab some WCOM stock because a little birdy told me that something major may be happening with that company...MCI...pretty soon.
