I don't know how many of you remember a case involving the desire of a power company to build a plant next to a poor, predominantly Black community (we call this Environmental Racism), and Foster wouldn't allow the Tulane Law Clinic to help the people out. In fact, his anti-environment and anti-poor agenda has hurt many poor people in South Louisiana. Now, it's not as if we currently have a president in office who has a similar agenda (wink wink, nudge nudge), so this micro-event may not reflect situations on the macro level.
