Service Pack 1

How do I go about getting this cd?

I'm having problems with my laptop and it keeps asking me to put in my XP service pack 1 cd.

I tried to download it from msn's website but I can't.

Also I have been unable to get any securred sites, my screen would just go blank like you've put in a wrong address.

I know about not installing SP2.
