I went back to Best Buy and ordered the top of the line remote and the guy will program it the same day that he programs the television.

What type of remote is it? The top of the line remote is actually a cheap remote that connect to your computer (USB) and configures on the desktop.

I've had trouble getting the guys from Best Buy to come back out to my house and arrange the new Harmony remote so I can use one remote for everything.Right now I'm still using four remotes and if it wasn't for my wife,I would take the Harmony remote back.I went back by the store on Friday threatening to bring the remote back(had it in my hands with the receipt)and the head guy is suppose to come out on Tuesday morning to put the finishing touches on the remote for me.I'll keep y'all posted.
