Yep! Because Cohen is a nightmare to cover out of the backfield and on punt returns! Carter has those similar skills and with the Saints, that is the right place for those skills to be shown and used!

The Saints pickup and waive players weekly. They probably picked him up to play McCaffery in practice last week.
