Who can voting in person by absentee ballot?​

  • A student, teacher or administrator at any college, university, junior college, high school, junior high school or elementary grade school whose studies or employment will have them absence from their county on Election Day.
  • Any voter required to be away from his or her place of residence on Election Day due to employment, including the Mississippi congressional delegation and their spouses and dependents.
  • Any qualified voter away from their county of residence on Election Day for any reason.
  • Any person who has a temporary or permanent physical disability and who, because of such disability, is unable to vote in person without substantial hardship to himself, herself or others, or whose attendance at the voting place could reasonably cause danger to himself, herself or others.
  • Any person 65 or older.

I know this is a bit of a stretch, but anyway:

There is this Geico Insurance commercial that airs around Halloween every year. and it goes when you are in a horror movie you make bad decisions. To me, this Trump administration has been a bad 4 year horror movie. Now, having said that, on November 3, are we as a country, going to get in the running car, or we going to hide behind the chain saws, and then head for the cemetery? Just saying.
