Utterably embarassing. When you have grown, "educated" women on the ground having temper tantrums and breakdowns (degrading themselves so massa can collect a check) you have a SERIOUS problem. Don't condone this. Educate your daughters so they won't degrade themselves just to stay on payroll.

Apollo Nida Pleads Guilty in Bank Fraud Scheme

Bad news for Real Housewives of Atlanta's Phaedra Parks. The reality star's husband, Apollo Nida, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail, wire, and bank fraud, the Associated Press reported Tuesday, May 6.

According to the AP, Department of Justice officials announced in a news release that Nida, 35, admitted to his involvement in a scheme worth some $2.3 million.

Federal prosecutors allege that, beginning in 2009, Nida and his co-conspirators stole and obtained checks, filed fraudulent tax returns, and made fraudulent claims against the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in at least 11 states. They are also charged with taking out phony auto loans.

The 35-year-old Nida, who was arrested in January, had faced up to 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $1 million.

His eight-year prison sentence will be followed by five years of supervised release.

Bravo has been able to secure the entire cast of “Real Housewives of Atlantaâ€￾ for another season.

Individuals with knowledge of the situation told TheWrap that Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, NeNe Leakes, Phaedra Parks, Porsha Stewart and Kenya Moore are all in the final stages of contract negotiations.

Bravo didn't immediately respond to our request for comment. The network is expected to make the official cast announcement after the cast's contracts are closed.

He must have snitched to get that small amount of time as a repeat offender, that was a lot of money he stole wow

Rule number one don't trust nobody.......... 99.999999999999 folks in prison/jail sitting in these places are in there because of what they did with someone else and it got told. If you role by yourself who is gonna snitch on you?

Apollo Nida Slams Wife Phaedra Parks, "Doubts" Future of Relationship With Time in Jail

the reality star was asked if he thought his marriage to Parks, 41, would make it through his time in prison.

"I doubt it," he responded simply.

Nida went on to criticize Parks for not giving him the support he was looking for through the trial.
"I mean, my wife didn't even f--king show up for my sentencing," he said. "I'm still salty about that."
