Who are some people and what are some events that help to mold you into the person that you are today?
People:
My parents and grandparents(I have their genes)
My 1st high school band director(encouraged all of our parents to by a horn in the 4th grade and taught us all how to use them)
My pastor that just recently passed away(church was a wonderful experience growing up)
My college band directors(Taught us "The Real World")
My college president and frat brother(Handled his business)
Events:
Having a gun pulled on me by a white boy(better be glad all of us were empty handed that day white boy)
Joining the millitary(never lived around em...but boy do I see why they're so hated now...and I 'm not talking about GIs either)
Living in Colorado(the icing on the cake) LOL(I can't stand ofays)
Going to Grambling State and being in their band
Growing up in a small town and getting an excellent high school education
Having a small select group of wonderful friends for life!!!!
And last but not least...my girlfriend in college(you taught me a lot...good and bad...but I appreciate the experiences.)
