There are a few who understand where "home" is...but ultimately, it comes down to money and resources.
That's the reason I'm really hoping that TSU gets that money we're owed (see previously mentioned article regarding TSU and land grant funding). HBCUs need that money to upgrade residence halls, facilities, etc. to ultimately boost recruitment.
