Not HBCU related but this Bama vs LSU game

Good to know and I was impressed. My only issue with this year's game is that it was not a night game. It was our time to host the Bama vs LSU game. Next year the Baton Rouge family will host. Therefore, I missed the JSU vs AAMU game; however, we streamed the game live from the internet. There were people here from Cheneyville, Shreveport, Baton Rouge, Zachary, Huntsville, and Dallas, Texas. Also, Nupes, Deltas, AKA's and Alphas. Graduates from Alabama, Southern, Jackson State, Alabama A&M, Texas Southern and Shelton State Community College. We had an awesome time and not one time got involved in the game of politics. Simply intelligent people who love the game of football. These same people will attend the "Soul Bowl, Magic City Classic, Bayou Classic, and the Labor Day Classic between TSU and PV. Plus, will be in Mobile, Alabama when SU play AAMU in September... So props to those who are versatile enough to enjoy good wholesome football....

PS: What"s the deal on this chicken place in Baton Rouge called Blue Store?
The Original Blue store is at the back entrance of SU’s campus. They have two additional locations now. One in Baker and the other by LSU. That chicken is fire.

SU Alumni, students, and locals SWEAAAAAAAR the Blue Store got the best Chicken wings in the world.... It to me has the popeyes chicken spicy flavor without the popeye's batter/crunch.

Something about being in an enclosed tube where the smallest spark could BBQ a person in seconds makes me extremely nervous. I guess that's why all devices such as TV's are placed on the outside of those chambers. You saw what happened to the Hindenburg. I'll take my chances with 21% atmospheric oxygen. I get nervous just watching old folks at casinos smoking cigarettes while dragging some oxygen bottle at the same time. It's like they are saying screw life.
I agree with your point but I think the Apollo 1 tragic incident would have been a better example!

They both were accidents created by oxygen enriched environments. The Apollo 1 tragedy would have been a better example since it involved men trapped in a small enclosure, whereas the Hindenburg was much bigger, but it only took seconds for it to be completely engulfed in flames.

Sujag and SirGram,

Thanks for the info....My next visit to Baton Rouge I have got to visit the Blue Store....

Excuse my ignorance, but chemistry wasn't my forte', but you were right. The Hindenburg was filled with hydrogen instead of helium. Hydrogen is the lightest element in the periodic table, but is one of the most flammable elements.

Appreciate your Scholarship! That capsule filled with 100% O2 was an unknown disaster waiting to happen! Too bad the Russians kept their earlier knowledge of the tragic consequences of a 100% oxygen enriched environment during their cosmonauts training top secret!
