President Bush proclaimed September 15 - 21, 2002 as National Historically Black Colleges and University Week.

DMCBAA continues to recognize this national celebration as an opportunity to celebrate the GREATNESS of HBCUs and the GREATNESS of HBCU alumnus throughout the world.

Make sure you represent your school on Saturday, September 21 by wearing your school gear, even if you aren't going to a game. We also encourage you to drive with your school's car flag all day Saturday, even if you aren't going to a game with your school. We should make sure HBCU exposure is to the max during a National HBCU Week. After all, it is a week set aside just for HBCUs.

Cordially,
Edwin D. Moore
President, Dallas Metroplex Council of Black Alumni Associations (DMCBAA)
